About us

Erika Kurokawa

Originaly from Japan, Erika has lived and trained others in Japan. Canada and Singapore. She graduated from Tokyo Womens College in 2004 and has since worked as a Rhythmic Gymnastics teacher as well as a Personal Trainer.

  • 1996-2006 - Became Certified with the Gifu gymnastics Association
  • 2002-2004 - Tokyo Woman College Physical Education
  • 2004-2012 - Gymnastic teacher in Tokyo and Singapore
  • 2013-2014 - Fitness Trainer in Nagoya Japan
  • 2014 Qualified as a Sports conditioning trainer by the Athletic Conditioning Coaches Association

Classes

The goal with every class is to maximize results in the shortest amount of time. In order to do this, we use a combination of CORE, BODY WEIGHT TRAINING and CARDIO VASCULAR EXERCISE. By combining all three of these in a single session, you are able to burn the most amount of fat and strengthen and tone your body. This will help you burn fat even when you’re not working out.

CORE

Feel great, feel balanced, feel your natural strength by training and strengthening your core. This will have a positive impact on all your other exercises and the way you feel.

BODY WEIGHT TRAINING

Weight training will help you get toned and defined muscles which will not only make you look good, they will assist in burning fat even after the workout is done and you're at home or in the office.

CARDIO

To maximize results, we deliberately saved the best for last. Once you've strengthened your core then toned your muscle, we then get into some aerobics that are not only fun but they will keep you wanting more.

Free consultation

Sit down and let Erika find out your physical, nutritional and weight goals. From there she will personalize, tailor and design a training program specifically to meet your needs.

Workout sessions

In each session, Erika will combine a unique blend of CORE, WEIGHT TRAINING and AEROBICS all in a single session to maximize results in the least amount of time.

Wrap up

Erika will sit down and go through your initial goals and measure your final results after completing the training program to determine where you have succeeded and if there are any areas left that you may still need to focus on.
